Great experience int this rural retreat. The wooden box is great! We did not meet Buzzel but Antonia was super helpful even though we do not speak Spanish and she no English. We made it work. The common patio is lovely, and we used the kitchen to great effect. Amazing, quiet and restful location in a beautiful part of Spain.

Buzzel's property is beautiful- set in the Spanish countryside with amazing views. The wooden box is exactly what it says it is- a wooden box with views across the hills. It is very quiet and peaceful, but within easy reach of beaches if you have a car. if you don't (I didn't) it is not impossible to get around- getting lifts with other guests or cycling- but you are a lot more restricted so do consider this. You can be on your own here, especially if staying in the wooden box which is a little way from the house, but guests tend to eat together at the main house. The box does get very hot (I went in August) so it is worth noting that there is no temperature control. All in all a lovely place.

Un posto incantato, contatto con la natura, con persone e con quelle parti di se stessi che purtroppo nella vita di tutti i giorni si sfumano un po. Semplice e pieno di dettagli al tempo stesso, senso di casa, senso di liberta. Esperienza fantastica. Grazie.

Buzzel ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Mann. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und willkommen. Die Wooden Box hat unsere Erwartungen übertrofen! Sie war sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Die Gegend ist extrem schön. Die Ruhe und die Aussicht sind einzigartig. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Situación del alojamiento perfecta, un oasis de tranquilidad cerca de las playas y la ciudad de Tarifa. La casa de madera y el baño estaban impecables, al igual que la zona comun. Todos los huéspedes fueron muy amigables, y recibimos muy buen trato de parte de Buzzel (el anfitrión) y Antonia (el ama de llaves), como estar en familia. Inmejorable!

La experiencia fue magnífica, un lugar precioso, al lado de mis sitios preferidos de la costa de cádiz, bolonia, tarifa, zahara, barbate, vejer.... Y lo mejor el trato tan acogedor, gentil y simpático que Antonia, la anfitriona, nos brindó durdante toda la estancia. La cabaña llega ha un nivel de higiene y limpieza que ni un hotel de 5 estrellas, sin perjudicar el encanto de estar en la naturaleza. Las zonas comunes, la casa, cocina...todo encantador, precioso. Hemos pasado unos dias formidables. Gracias por todo.

A beautiful place up in the hills with views across to Africa, but still close enough to all the beaches to be used as a base to explore the area. The shared guesthouse has everything you could need and the individual rooms and tents are all kitted out to a high standard. The host was very friendly and ready to help with anything we needed.

My stay there was amazing. it was great to meet all the people there, guests and staff. everyone is so relaxed, helpful and nice. well, who wouldn't be in that place!! the pictures uploaded can't come near the true experience of the place!! also, Buzzel is quite a special and interesting person. I've had long talks with him on various subjects. he definitely has interesting views!! Thank you!

I stayed for 2 nights at Los Baños de Luz and I wish I could have stayed longer. It's something magical about this place. A place to relax, reflect, meet interesting people and also to keep active if you want. I rented a bike and explored a bit of the surroundings and the town nearby, Facinas. It's so beautiful and unspoiled. The owner and the staff are great and very keen to make sure you'll have a great time! Highly recommended!

El lugar donde están los baños de luz es un lugar entrañable que se convirtió rápidamente en nuestro hogar. Si buscas un lugar tranquilo, apartado de todo y con encanto, éste es tu lugar. Muchas gracias a Antonia, la mujer invisible con la que intercambiábamos notitas... 🙂

Buzzel ist ein netter, lustiger und hilfsbereiter Mann. Wir waren zwei Wochen bei ihm in der Woodenbox. Sie war etwas abgelegen vom Haupthaus und deshalb sehr ruhig. Die Umgebung und das Grundstück waren wunderschön!!! Wir kommen wieder Anna und Tony
